How will I improve your business?

I bring a unique perspective as both a Consumer and Clinical Professional in the Mental Health and Brain Injury sectors. My journey, shaped by lived experience with Brain Injury and Mental Health conditions, spans years of navigating and advocating within dual systems. Starting with roles like the Personal Helpers and Mentors program and being nominated for the 2012 WA Youth Awards, I integrate personal insights with clinical expertise. Since 2007, I've had multiple treatment admissions, gaining a deep understanding of healthcare complexities, especially in co-morbidities involving mental health and brain injury.

My recent advocacy highlights the valuable contribution of Consumers to service frameworks, blending personal narrative with a social work background focused on psychosocial disabilities. As a leader in the Regional Support program, I provide vital lived experience advocacy to community services, specializing in addressing challenges related to Brain Injury and Mental Health.

Beyond advocacy, I offer hope to fellow Consumers facing mental health challenges, enriching service provision with clinical insights. My approach emphasizes the synergy between lived experience and professional expertise, demonstrating how inclusive advocacy shapes compassionate and effective community services.
